Session 1 (Saturday, June 30 - Wednesday, July 4): Registration takes place from 1:30 - 3:30 on Saturday with the first training session scheduled for 4:00 pm. Camp will conclude on Wednesday at 10:00 am, depending upon duration of final games.
Session 2 (Wednesday, July 4 - Sunday, July 8): Registration takes place from 1:30 - 3:30 on Wednesday with the first training session scheduled for 4:00 pm. Camp will conclude on Sunday at 10:00 am, depending upon duration of final games.
Location: Located on the grounds of the prestigious Swarthmore College located in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. Players and staff are housed on campus under the careful supervision of staff. All meals are taken in their highly rated modern, dining hall.
Medical Information: All medical and emergency contact information will be collected after the registration process has been completed.
Airport Shuttle: The Elite 300 provides a shuttle to camp from Philadelphia airport. A round trip or one way shuttle can be purchased during the registration process. The shuttle will make TWO pick-ups (12:00p & 2:30p) at the airport on the opening day of camp. The shuttle picks up campers at the Southwest Airlines terminal at the Philadelphia International Airport.
Cancellation Policy: Prior to June 8, all monies EXCEPT DEPOSIT ($200 non-refundable) will be refunded. After June 8, NO MONIES will be returned.
Registration: Register online early to secure space. Onsite registration takes place at Benjamin West Parking, please refer to the campus map.
Tuition: $595.00 (includes $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit). Registration is online and by charge only (Visa/MasterCard).
Key Deposit: All campers are required by the host college to pay a $50 key deposit by separate check at the time of check-in. Key deposit checks are shredded at the end of the session if the room key is returned by the camper.
